Silva de Previa, Spain April 17, 2019

We left Porto and drove on to the Andrusia region of northern Spain and our stay for the next two nights on the coast, Silva de Previa.  And it turns out to be a wonderful stay indeed.  It's our cheapest airbnb of the trip ($50/night including all fees) and is one of our very best.  Large apartment with separate living/dining room, large very well stocked kitchen, bedroom and big bathroom with a peek and boo view of the water, and immaculately clean.   It's a very small and quiet little town right on a harbor.  Condavanga's parents, Roberto and Rosa, and who speak no English meet us and give us a very detailed explanation of everything in the casa.  They are delightful, and they seem to think we're the berries too.  So much fun!  We drive a couple of miles back up the hill to a mercado and stock up on groceries...we decide to eat in both days as this is such a wonderful accommodation.    For our second meal  Donna makes a fantastic appetizer (kind of bruschetta like with shaved crab and avocado), and then baked sweet potatoes and sautéed vegetables and mushrooms for the main course.  Bon appeti!   The next day we walk a 9 km RT coastal path that has a number of beautiful miradors (viewpoints).  Parts of the hike are quite vertical (mainly at both ends), so we burn off a few of our "digestives and chocolate" that is a staple of our trip.  A wonderful day along the coast.  The next day when we leave, Roberto and Rosa magically appear in the street (they were walking with friends) and we get a photo of all of us.
