Traveling to and staying in Bad Ischl, Austria

We left our delightful airbnb in Cesky Krumlov a little after 10 AM, and headed SW over to our next stop...two nights in Bad Ischl, Austria.  About a half an hour south of Bad Ischl is Hallstatt, Austria which made every list for quaint European towns, but from what we've heard it is totally overrun with Asian tourists these days.  Our airbnb hostess, Gabrielle says it's heading to where no locals will actually live there, it will just be all hotels and airbnb's.  We will drive through there tomorrow on our way to Bled, so we'll see what all the hype is about then.  Our airbnb here is just outside of town bordering a field, horses and is nestled in a beautiful mountain valley.  Very nice.  We had coffee with the owner upon arrival and she gave us the lay of the land.  On the way here we stopped in TraunKirche, on a beautiful lake with the Alps as a backdrop.  We stumbled on a beautiful church where there was a wedding..and got some nice photos there.  We walked down the hill and along the river into town, bought some groceries for breakfast and lunch, and had a really nice meal at the top rated restaurant in the area...reasonable too.  We got the last table, so we were very lucky.  We spent the next day in Salzburg (next post), and then drove back to Bad Ischl for dinner...couldn't find the 3rd rated restaurant, and spent a lot of time looking for it..finally found it, and it was closed, so we ate at Gabrielle's 3rd option and had a great dinner.
