Peggy's Cove peninsula and Point Plesant Park in Halifax, October 11, 2019

Decided to head into Halifax and walk Point Pleasant Park today.  Point Pleasant Park is a large park at the end of a peninsula within the city limits of Halifax...decent fall colors on the trails.  The most dramatic fall colors have been along highway 103, the hillsides are just ablaze with color, but its a 110 kmph roadway and not a good one to snag photos on. On the way we made a few stops on our peninsula, and afterwards we briefly visited (kind of by accident) Duncans Cove where I snagged a few dramatic crashing wave shots...wanted more but nothing but private property here with no trespassing signs everywhere, so hard to get the shots I wanted...it was amazingly dramatic.
