Acadia NP October 16, 2019

A beautiful fall day here.  Sunny with highs in upper 50's.  We drove into Acadia NP and hiked around Jordon Pond, which took about 2.5 hours.   The fall colors were simply breathtaking.  My photos are nice but don't really do it justice.  Simply spectacular.  Then we drove into Bar Harbor and had our lunch in a park overlooking the harbor.  Then spent an hour or so driving around the west side of Mount Desert Island, grabbing a few more photos before driving to a grocery store and buying some food for our last two nights.  Another beautiful fall day.
