Newport to Goodwick, Wales; Pembrokshire coastal hike, April 23, 2024

 14.4 miles today, hiking from our bnb in Newport to our bnb in Goodwick.  We hiked out  to, and up and over Dinas Head and then on Fishguard and our bnb in Goodwick.   A long but beautiful day.  Between Newport and Dinas Head there was a small village that had the remains of an abbey in a very picturesque and sheltered harbor.   Between Dinas Head and Fishguard there was a pub, the Old Sailor’s Inn.  It was a favorite watering hole of Dylan Thomas’.
