Day 3, AM; Soap Creek and Curecanti Recreation area; 10-2-24

 Got up at my campsite on Curecanti Creek (26 degrees this morning), had my coffee and oat squares and packed up camp and headed back to highway 92.  Took a few more photos along highway 92, and the start of the black canyon (the photos with water show Morrow Point reservoir), before driving back in on the Soap Creek road about ten miles, parking and then doing a day hike up the road of about 6.5 miles RT.  Not quite as spectacular as Curecanti Creek, but very nice nonetheless and I was the only one again that was back there.
