Comox, BC, Donna arrives, June 2024

 Drove back down to Powell River from Lund, and took the ferry over to Comox, where I moved in to our Comox airbnb.  It is right next door to the house we stayed in the first two times we stayed in Comox.  That owner, Joanne, sold her house and moved in to a condo a few blocks away.  We love the location of the home, listening to the birds singing away, and right in the heart of all of our great walks in Comox.  I had one night here by myself, and then Donna flew in to Comox the next day.  I kayaked out to Sandy Island/north end of Denman Island the day Donna flew in, and then picked up Donna at the airport (all of 7 minutes away).  While we were here we walked all of our usual walks, did a day hike in Seal Bay Nature Reserve, did our Costco run as we prepared to head out to Cortes and Quadra Islands for 6 weeks.  We always enjoy our time here in Comox.
