Back to Coastal British Columbia June 2018

We are headed back to beautiful coastal British Columbia, one of our favorite places on the planet.  The combination of sea, mountains, and cool temperatures is just our cup of tea.  It rivals New Zealand for me (although we love so many places that we have been fortunate to visit).  It's a haul getting here, about 1700 miles to Quadra Island, but worth every mile.  We stopped in Salt Lake City, (where Anna, Nic and Aria joined us heading west), Richland Washington at a great airbnb, and then in Delta, BC at another great airbnb before taking the ferry to Nanaimo and driving up to Campbell River and a short ferry ride to Quadra Island.  Here's lots of images from the first half of our week on Quadra Island.  Aria turned three on our first full day there, and Anna captured so many great images of her on her birthday.  The photos are a mix of Anna's (the best ones) and mine.
