Tofino Take 2 - Gourmet food

Hitting the beaches was the main theme of our time in Tofino, Long Beach, Schooner Cove, Chesterman Beach, Wickaninnish Beach, and Tonquin Beach.  We met two Italian ladies on the Tonquin trail, one of whom was blind.  Inspiring to see the two of them hiking along - we had a great chat on the beach and almost connected that night for a drink.  Torino has a number of upscale eating establishments in town...we returned to Red Can Gourmet (we discovered it three years ago on our first trip to Tofino)at the beginning our of our trip for their outstanding pizza (best we've had) - Nic immediately wrote a glowing review on Yelp.  We had lunch their on our way out of town after our week in Tofino.  Nic and Anna also went to "The Wolf and the Fog" restaurant for a light dinner - a highly rated gourmet establishment only a few years old.  There is also a brewpub in town, and Nic sampled several of their beers, with the Blonde ale being the favorite.  Second round of photos follow:
