Mother’s Day Ethiopian Feast courtesy of Colin

Donna requested Ethiopian food for Mother’s Day and Colin came through for her cooking up a storm all afternoon.  He made 5 different dishes...all quite tasty.  He also made quite the mess...that’s what great cooks do, so the poorly paid manual low skilled laborer (i.e. me) had quite the cleanup task, but out was definitely worth it.  Nice job Colin.  And a few days later he bought his first new vehicle, a Tacoma Tundra, which he will eventually out fit the back with a place to sleep, etc. for his adventure jaunts.
