Pip and Derricks, Duncan and Cobble Hill BC July 2018

Donna is ending her time in BC this trip with the both of us visiting Pip and Derrick in their new place in Duncan.  We had dinner at an English style pub outside of Nanaimo, and had a wonderful day touring an artists property in Cobble Hill.  Derrick just turned 80 and is amazingly vigorous especially considering he suffered a stroke about 20 months ago..he has transformed their little 2 bedroom rented townhouse, and we ate some vegetables from Pip's garden after being established for only 10 weeks there.
