Back home in the snow

After the last 2.5 weeks in hot and humid SE Asia, we came back to snow in Denver.  Our CO mountains have good early snow, so I head up to the mountains, after catching up on "normal life", and get in two days of cross-country skiing in Summit County:  Peru Creek, and French Gulch.  Two great days of skiing, and although we loved our SE Asia adventure, it's nice to be back in cool, even cold weather although it was crazy cold (single digits and very windy so way below zero wind chills) on the day I went up to Winter Park for my one day refresher training for my volunteer work with the National Sports Center for the Disabled.
